Lemon Squash & Fitness ist mehr als nur ein gewöhnliches Fitnesscenter. Seit mehr als 25 Jahren schaffen wir Raum zum Trainieren und zum Relaxen, zur Entspannung von Körper und Geist in freundlicher und ungezwungener Atmosphäre als Ausgleich zu einem stressigen Alltag.

 Mit unseren 900 m2 an diversen Trainingsbereichen, den hohen, offenen Räumen unseres Fitnesscenters, die genügend Platz zum Aufatmen bieten und einem Team, das uns von Stunde eins an begleitet, geben wir Dir genau das, was Du benötigst, um die eigens gesteckte Ziele zu erreichen.

Angefangen als reines Squashcenter, sind wir im Laufe der Jahre auch zum modernen Fitnesscenter gewachsen. Unser Angebot umfasst Squash, Fitness, diverse Aerobic Kurse, Indoor Cycling, Ballett, Thaiboxen, Trainer/Coaches die Dich gerne beraten, eine Sauna, große Damen- bzw. Herrengarderoben, gratis Duschen, ein Solarium, einen Relax Raum und eine gemütliche Dachterrasse.
